Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Manager, Site Construction to oversee land-based projects reporting to the Director of Construction. The role involves leading design, pre-construction, construction, and closeout activities, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring milestones are met at private destinations.

The position requires a solid background in construction management with 7–10 years of PM experience, strong leadership, and cost control capabilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience leading construction projects as a commercial Project Manager.
• Experience with commercial projects (retail, restaurant, hospitality).
• Bachelor’s degree required; construction management, engineering, architecture or similar (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
• Maintain and produce reports using Project Management Software and MS Office.
• Establish and communicate the Master Project Schedule and manage its implementation.
• Holds external vendors/contractors responsible for delays and cost overruns from the schedule.
• Manage budget and financial reporting and QA/QC program.
