Qualifications

• Completed Philippine Red Cross First Aid Seminar; properly trained First Aider.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate first aid and emergency medical care to injured workers at the construction site.
• Assess injuries, determine need for further medical attention, and coordinate referrals with hospitals or clinics.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for all employees.
• Monitor workers' health conditions and identify potential health risks in the work environment.
• Conduct regular health checks and medical assessments as needed.
• Support implementation of health and safety policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Educate workers on health, safety, hygiene, and preventive measures.
• Participate in health and safety trainings and toolbox talks to raise awareness.
• Collaborate with Health and Safety Officer to identify and mitigate hazards.
• Assist in accident investigations and provide medical reports as required.
• Manage and maintain medical supplies, equipment, and keep the clinic stocked and clean.
• Ensure proper disposal of medical waste per regulations.
