Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Nursing and a valid nursing license.
• At least 1 year experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Must have completed the Philippine Red Cross First Aid Seminar.
• Properly trained First Aider.

Responsibilities

• Provide immediate first aid and emergency medical care to injured workers at the construction site.
• Assess injuries, determine need for further medical attention, and coordinate with hospitals or clinics for referrals.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records of all employees.
• Monitor workers’ health conditions and identify potential health risks in the work environment.
• Conduct regular health checks and medical assessments for employees as needed.
• Support the implementation of health and safety policies and ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.
• Educate workers on health, safety, hygiene, and preventive health measures.
• Participate in health and safety training programs and toolbox talks to promote awareness.
• Collaborate with the Health and Safety Officer to identify and mitigate workplace hazards.
• Assist in accident investigations and provide medical reports as required.
• Manage and maintain medical supplies, equipment, and ensure the clinic is well-stocked and clean.
• Ensure the proper disposal of medical waste in accordance with regulations.
