Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking a Claims Assistant to evaluate, validate, and process claims in line with internal compliance guidelines. You will safeguard operations by catching discrepancies and maintaining database tracking to ensure fast SLA turnaround.

The role requires a degree in business, finance, or accounting, at least 1 year of claims validation or related experience, and strong MS Excel skills. This is a full-time onsite position based in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, finance or accounting, or a relevant course.
• At least 1 year of experience in claims validation, insurance, or administrative support.
• Strong MS Excel and general office software skills.
• Attention to detail and strong communication.
• Ability to handle confidential customer data professionally.
• Willing to work full-time onsite.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, validate, and process incoming claims against supporting documents like receipts and invoices.
• Spot and resolve incomplete submissions, discrepancies, or suspicious entries before approval.
• Maintain claims logs, update databases, and compile regular performance dashboards.
• Monitor operational turnarounds to ensure processing targets and SLAs are consistently met.
