Job summary

Savills Philippines is seeking Building Technicians / Multi-skilled Technicians to join our on-site team in Davao. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, respond to tenant requests, and manage work orders to ensure facility uptime.

The ideal candidate has at least a vocational diploma or degree, with 1 year of building maintenance experience, and is willing to work six days a week on-site. Strong trades skills and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

At least a vocational diploma/short course certificate or a bachelor’s/college degree.
At least 1 year of experience as an employee specialized in Maintenance and repair in building and facilities management.
Willing to work on-site.
Amenable to work six (6) days a week.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of building equipment and systems.
Address tenant requests and issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and fire protection standards.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maintain facility uptime and asset integrity.
Manage work orders from dispatch to completion and document results.
Identify and report equipment issues; recommend repairs or improvements.
Maintain health and safety systems, ensuring all equipment is functional, and incidents are reported.
Support positive client and tenant relations through quality service.
Recommend process improvements for maintenance efficiency.
Participate in company meetings, training, and development activities.
