Job summary

Savills Philippines, Inc. is seeking Building Technicians / Multi-skilled Technicians for on-site maintenance at our Cebu City facilities. You will inspect and service building equipment, handle tenant requests, and ensure safety and fire standards are met.

This role requires a vocational diploma or degree and at least one year in facilities maintenance. You must be willing to work six days a week on-site and participate in ongoing training to support facility uptime and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A vocational diploma or bachelor's degree is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in maintenance and repair in building and facilities management.
• Willing to work on-site and six days a week.
• Ability to perform multi-trade maintenance across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of building equipment and systems.
• Address tenant requests and issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and fire protection standards.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maintain facility uptime and asset integrity.
• Manage work orders from dispatch to completion and document results.
• Identify and report equipment issues; recommend repairs or improvements.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.
