Job summary

Executive Optical, Inc. is seeking an Audit Manager to lead the Internal Audit team and strengthen risk management, internal controls, and operational efficiency across corporate offices and nationwide retail branches.

This role requires driving audits, reviewing controls, and guiding the team towards improved business performance. The ideal candidate will have a CPA, 8–10 years in internal or external audit with leadership experience, and willingness to work full-time onsite at Timog Avenue,

Qualifications

• Develop and implement the annual internal audit plan based on business goals and risks.
• Lead financial, operational, compliance, and process audits across corporate offices and retail branches.
• Review internal controls and recommend improvements to business processes and operations.
• Identify potential risks, investigate suspected fraud, and recommend preventive measures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Present audit findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Internal Audit team.
