Job summary

Limketkai Manufacturing Corporation in Metro Manila invites an experienced Internal Audit Manager to lead planning, supervision, and quality reviews across sites including Greenhills, Cebu, CDO and other locations as required.

You will guide audit teams, assess controls, monitor compliance, manage risk, and deliver consolidated updates to management, while coaching auditors and leveraging Odoo or other ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy required.
• 5–8 years of internal/external audit, accounting, risk management, or compliance.
• At least 5 years in a managerial capacity with risk governance experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or multi-site operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Audit planning and supervision across multiple locations.
• Review audits, findings, and reports for accuracy.
• Monitor internal controls, compliance, and process risks.
• Lead and develop audit team, report to management.
