Job summary

Business Trends Philippines is seeking an AR Clerk to support accounts receivable processes. You will maintain databases and spreadsheets, update information, and print invoices while ensuring accuracy.

You will contact clients for payments, coordinate payment collection with Finance, provide bank details for payments, and liaise with Operations to resolve discrepancies. This onsite role requires good communication and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Background or experience in accounting.
• Knowledgeable with Microsoft Offices.
• Amenable to work onsite.
• Good communication Skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining databases and spreadsheets and updating information as needed of AR list.
• Communicating with previous clients and customers to request payment, coordinate the payment collection/pick up with Finance or provide bank details for T/T.
• Coordinate with customers on the timely receipt of delivered invoice and its supporting documents.
• Coordinate with Operations and Finance on the any invoice discrepancy, undelivered and missing invoices.
• Printing of invoices.
