Job summary

CrossCountry Consulting seeks a hands-on OneStream Developer in the Philippines to deliver end-to-end EPM solutions. You will integrate OneStream with ERP sources, build data models, and develop dashboards while aligning with client architecture and security standards.

You will collaborate with US teams, implement business rules in VB.NET/C#, and contribute to AI-enabled enhancements. A strong foundation in data modeling and cloud platforms is expected, with a focus on scalable, high-performance

Qualifications

• Hands-on OneStream development across implementations.
• Experience writing business rules and technical configuration.
• Ability to translate requirements into scalable, maintainable designs.
• Collaborate with global teams to meet client objectives.
• Familiarity with data integration and metadata management.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on development across all OneStream implementation phases.
• Design integrations between OneStream and ERP/source systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday).
• Develop data models, cube views, dashboards, and workflows in OneStream.
• Translate requirements into technical designs aligned with client architecture.
• Perform data validations and resolve rule issues.
• Collaborate with consultants to meet client objectives.
• Provide post-go-live support and documentation.
