Job summary

Spaulding Ridge is seeking an experienced OneStream Solution Architect to join our Manila practice. This role focuses on implementing financial technology solutions using the OneStream platform and delivering end-to-end capabilities from requirements through deployment.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting pre-sales activities while upholding our delivery standards and client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of end-to-end implementation experience with strong business logic.
• Experience with financial planning, close and reporting processes.
• Experience with complex allocations, member formulas, seeding logics, and dynamic calculations.
• Experience with data integration and REST API is an added advantage.
• Bachelor's and master's in finance/accounting/engineering.

Responsibilities

• Implement OneStream solutions covering requirements, design, development, testing, training, and support.
• Assist with pre-sales meetings, client demos, and proof-of-concept projects.

The Role:

We are currently looking forexperienced OneStream Solution Architects to join in our OneStreampractice in Manila. This roleis responsible forimplementing financial technology solutions using the OneStream software platform.

OneStream is a modern, cloud-based solution in the Corporate Performance Management (CPM) space. We hire individuals who are passionate about solving problems and bringing innovative ideas to our clients and our team. As part of the OneStream team, you will help build a practice that is able toidentifyand implement solutions to help our clientsutilizetechnology to run their businesses more effectively.

In this role, the ideal candidate will be able to:

• Implementation of OneStream Solutions that span Requirements and Design, Development, Testing, Training and support
• Assist with pre-sales meetings with prospective clients including supporting client demos and proof-of-concept projects
• Collaborate seamlessly with internal and client-side resources and effectively communicate across various audiences
• Approach problems creatively and apply technical skills to solve business challenges
• Adhere to Spaulding Ridge delivery methodology and project standards, and ensure that project deliverables are completed on time
• Work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and deal with ambiguity
• Embrace the Spaulding Ridge culture of All Business is personal and take full ownership of the tasks, adopting an outcome driven strategy

You have:

• 7+ years of overall experience. End to End implementation experience and strong hand on business logics is a must.
• Good understanding of the financial and accounting processes including proficient experience with planning methods, financial close and financial reporting
• Experience of working on complex allocations, different business rules including member formulas, seeding logics and dynamic calculations.
• Experience with data integration between different systems/sources, REST APi as an added advantage.
• Bachelors and master's in finance/accounting/engineering.
