Job summary

We Hope Medical Group in Plaridel is seeking a Registered Nurse for its Plaridel Chemotherapy Center. This full-time role involves safe medication administration, chemotherapy support, and patient education during a critical cancer treatment phase.

Qualified candidates hold a PRC-licensed RN with a BSN, possess inpatient care and IV insertion experience, and demonstrate compassion, teamwork, and strong communication. Residing in Plaridel, Bulacan is required.

Qualifications

Licensed Nurse (PRC license required).
BSN graduate.
Clinical or hospital experience is an advantage.
Knowledgeable in inpatient care, IV insertion, and basic clinical procedures.
Compassionate, patient-oriented and detail-oriented.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Must be currently residing in Plaridel, Bulacan.

Responsibilities

Safely prepare and administer chemotherapy and supportive medications as prescribed.
Monitor patients before, during, and after chemotherapy infusion.
Identify, report, and manage adverse reactions and emergencies.
Provide patient education on chemotherapy, side effects, and post-treatment care.
Maintain accurate nursing records and treatment documentation.
Adhere strictly to infection control, occupational safety, and cytotoxic handling protocols.
Assist physicians during clinical procedures and patient assessments.
