Qualifications

• At least college level or graduate of any related course.
• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
• Experience in hardware, construction supplies, or building materials is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse procedures.
• Good communication and problem solving skills.
• Willing to work on-site and handle physical tasks when needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching items.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.
• Apply proper handling and storage for hardware materials.
• Conduct regular audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the warehouse.
• Train, guide, and evaluate warehouse staff.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics for smooth operations.
• Prepare reports on warehouse performance and inventory status.
