Job summary

OCS seeks a Safety Officer for an on-site, full-time role in the National Capital Region of the Philippines. You will implement and monitor health, safety, and security policies across facilities, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards while maintaining strong customer relations.

Carry out site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits, document findings with corrective actions, and support operations and project teams in safety planning.

Qualifications

• Must have a 4-year degree or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar safety role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with risk assessment and inspections.
• Good understanding of engineering terms.

Responsibilities

• Perform site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits across facilities.
• Document findings with clear corrective actions and follow-up.
• Maintain positive customer relations and monitor project staff for safety compliance.
• Ensure administrative functions support operations and profitability.
