• No specific tool requirement; good to have if with experience in WFM Tools (ex. eWFM, IEX, CMS Avaya, Blue Pumpkin, Aspect).

Responsibilities

• Real-Time Adherence and Queue Management to monitor site activities and support SLAs.
• Ensure scheduled team logins/logout on time; report nonadherence.
• Update attendance and schedule swaps according to prescribed formats.
• Produce real-time reporting via service menus and ad-hoc requests.
• Act as point of contact for scheduling exceptions including approvals and data entry.
