Job summary

GSK Philippines seeks an experienced QA professional to support operational quality at the site. You will work with the Local Operating Country Quality Manager to sustain the Quality Management System and ensure inspection readiness, driving CAPAs and investigations to protect patient safety.

You will review documentation, support internal and external audits, and coach teams on GMP and data integrity. This on-site role offers visible impact and career growth within a global biopharma context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in pharmacy or life sciences with QA experience.
• Knowledge of GMP, GDP and documentation practices in pharma.
• Experience with batch docs, investigations and CAPAs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain local Quality Management System to meet GMP and local regs.
• Review production and batch documentation and support lot release.
• Support investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Perform self-inspections and support audits and inspections.
• Monitor quality metrics, trend and drive improvements.
• Coordinate activities with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
