Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspections of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products for quality and GMP compliance.
• Identify, document, and report defects or non-conforming products.
• Monitor production processes and recommend improvements to reduce defects and waste.
• Prepare and maintain quality-related reports (inspection reports, NCR, CAPA).
• Handle customer complaints and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Investigate root causes of quality issues and collaborate with production teams on preventive actions.
• Ensure inspection tools and equipment are properly calibrated, maintained, and cleaned.
