• Implements energy-conservation and cost-saving measures.
• Ensures tools and supplies are maintained and sourced timely.
• Implements consistent housekeeping maintenance and safety compliance.
• Monitors costs of operation and maintenance programs.
• Motivates subordinates towards performance improvement.
• Prepares annual budget for the Engineering Department.
• Responds to and resolves customer concerns related to engineering.
