Qualifications

• End-to-end procurement understanding
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship skills
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
• Proficiency with ERP procurement systems and MS Office

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the complete procurement lifecycle from requisition to delivery and close-out.
• Review requisitions for completeness and compliance with policies.
• Source quotations, conduct market comparisons and negotiate terms.
• Raise and track Purchase Orders using ERP and procurement systems.
• Monitor supplier progress and expedite key procurement activities.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding and performance monitoring.
• Support logistics, inventory replenishment, and import/export activities.
• Assist Finance with invoice matching and documentation.
