Job summary

Issy Cosmetics in Cebu City is seeking a Store Operations Lead to drive store performance, supervise Store Managers and Beauty Advisors, and ensure consistent brand standards across all outlets.

You will oversee customer experience and inventory, manage reporting and cross-functional coordination with head office on inventory, supply chain and marketing initiatives, and lead the operational setup for new stores while maintaining health and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance across assigned stores, monitor KPIs and profitability, analyze performance data, and implement action plans to improve results and achieve targets.
• Lead and develop teams by coaching Store Managers and Beauty Advisors, conducting performance management, training, recruitment support, and talent development.
• Ensure operational excellence by maintaining compliance with brand standards, policies, visual merchandising, health and safety, and overseeing promotions and product launches.
• Oversee customer experience and inventory through regular store visits, service monitoring, inventory audits, stock control, loss prevention, and resolution of discrepancies.
• Manage reporting and cross-functional coordination by preparing performance reports, overseeing budgets and schedules, and collaborating with head office on inventory, supply chain, and marketing initiatives.
• Support store expansion by leading the operational setup of new stores, including permits, fit-out, equipment installation, and launch readiness while ensuring compliance with brand and operational standards.
