Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and immediate medical attention to employees when needed.
• Monitor the health and well-being of employees and maintain medical records.
• Assist in the implementation of occupational health and safety programs.
• Conduct basic health assessments and refer cases to hospitals or clinics as necessary.
• Coordinate with management on workplace health policies and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health (OSH) standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper management of the company clinic or medical station.
• Educate employees on proper health, hygiene, and wellness practices.
• Perform other health-related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) must have a valid license.
• Must possess Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Certificate.
• Pleasing personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• With or without prior experience as a company nurse.
