Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license.
• Preferably with at least 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety, first aid, and emergency response.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Willing to work on-site and render overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and basic medical care to employees.
• Monitor employees' health and maintain medical records.
• Assist in implementing occupational health and safety programs.
• Conduct health assessments and wellness activities.
• Coordinate annual medical examinations and other health-related activities.
• Maintain clinic supplies, medicines, and medical equipment.
• Prepare health reports and other required documentation.
• Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and government agencies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and occupational health regulations.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
