Giga is seeking an ICT Associate - Systems Support to provide on-site technical coordination for the Automated Collection and Monitoring System (AC-AMS) at the Office of the Chief Minister – Information and Communications Office (OCM-ICO) under the SUBATRA Program in Cotabato City. The role focuses on Linux-based server environments, deployment support, and collaboration with the development team.

Qualifications

• Solid working experience in ICT operations, Linux server environments, infrastructure and deployment support, and the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site technical implementation and project communication for AC-AMS at OCM-ICO.
• Support infrastructure, environment, and deployment activities for Linux-based server environments.
• Provide access provisioning and tooling support for development workflows.
• Participate in Agile delivery, CI/CD, and engineering processes.
• Uphold security, compliance, and operational quality in project environments.
• Maintain technical documentation and deliver progress reports.
