Sourcetech Solutions Inc. is seeking a proactive HR Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, and manpower deployment activities. The role involves coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and deployment while providing on-site HR support at client locations in Sta.

Rosa, Laguna. Applicants should have a HR-related degree and up to 6 months of HR experience. Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel, and excellent communication are essential to succeed in this on-site

Formación

• Graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course.
• Preferably with at least 6 months of HR experience in operations, employee relations, or timekeeping.
• Experience in a manpower agency or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee deployment.
• Provide on-site HR support and coordinate employee concerns with client representatives.
• Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and employee compliance with company policies.
• Assist in employee relations documentation, incident reporting, and HR activities.
• Prepare and maintain employee records, deployment trackers, and HR reports.
• Support payroll and billing documentation, including attendance validation and coordination.
