Job summary

Ideal candidates hold a BS in Agriculture/Animal Science, have 5 years in poultry, and are proficient in MS Office. English fluency and willingness to stay on the farm are essential.

Qualifications

• College graduate or two years in college (BS in Agriculture/Animal Science).
• Five years of work experience in poultry operations.
• Self-confident, committed, able to work under pressure, and fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate hatchery operations including eggs, day-old chicks, and maintenance.
• Oversee hatchery reports, ensuring timely, accurate data and records.
• Lead and motivate hatchery staff to meet targets and standards.
• Ensure equipment maintenance and proper functioning of hatchery systems.
• Manage hatchery supplies, inventory, and procurement planning.
• Implement and monitor biosecurity, safety, and sanitation programs.
• Coordinate with Sales and Planning for forecasts and delivery plans.
• Ensure SOP compliance and regulatory adherence.
• Perform other managerial duties as assigned.
