Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a field-ready technician with a background in BS Electronics/Electrical Engineering or Electronics/Electrical Technology. The candidate will perform routine maintenance, diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues, and travel to client sites for on-site support.

Ideal applicants have at least 1 year of preventive maintenance experience and are proficient with configuration or troubleshooting of auxiliary systems.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Electronics/Electrical Engineering or Electronics/Electrical Technology.
• With at least 1 year work experience in preventive maintenance of auxiliary systems.
• Familiar with configuration, estimating or troubleshooting of auxiliary systems.
• Familiar with preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Computer literate.
• Has good communication skills.
• Willing to do field works on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on technical equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
• Travel to client sites to provide on-site support.
• Implement effective solutions to minimize equipment downtime.
• Provide training and support to clients on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Maintain detailed records of service activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment.
• Conduct performance tests to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Prepare and submit service reports and documentation.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and tools.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Respond to emergency service requests in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
• Provide feedback to product development teams based on client experiences.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery.
