Job summary

MD Aircon Enterprise in Caloocan is seeking a fresh graduate for a full-time on-site sales role. The candidate will identify and develop new business opportunities, conduct client meetings, and present company products and services to promote growth.

Responsibilities include preparing proposals and cost estimates, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets. Training will be provided; fieldwork and site visits may be required to support customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-oriented and customer-focused.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and site visits.
• Can work independently and under pressure.
• Willing to undergo training.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Conduct sales presentations and promote company products and services.
• Prepare project proposals, quotations, and cost estimates.
• Conduct site inspections and client meetings as required.
• Coordinate project requirements with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare sales reports and project updates for management.
• Provide technical support and product recommendations to clients.
• Handle after-sales concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
