Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in field engineering, site supervision, or a related engineering role.
• Knowledgeable in residential fit-out projects.
• Technically proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other engineering software.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be self-driven, highly competent, and responsible.
• Knowledge of construction methods, quality control, and safety standards.
• Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities according to approved plans and specifications.
• Monitor project progress to ensure completion within the approved schedule.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and project teams to resolve site issues promptly.
• Conduct site inspections to verify workmanship and compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare daily accomplishment reports, inspection reports, and other project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
