Resolv Global is seeking a skilled English Trainer to join our Dagupan-based team. You will design and deliver engaging ESL training for adult learners in a corporate environment, focusing on spoken and written English, grammar, pronunciation, and professional communication.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in ESL or corporate training, strong facilitation, and the ability to adapt to diverse learners. This is a full-time, on-site role in Dagupan, Pangasinan.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in ESL or corporate training with adult learners.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Experience training in a BPO or contact center environment preferred.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging English and ESL training to adult learners.
• Develop and facilitate sessions on spoken and written English and professional communication.
• Assess learners' proficiency and identify development needs.
• Adapt training methods to different learning levels and styles.
• Facilitate classroom-based activities and promote participation.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to learners.
• Coach employees individually or in small groups when needed.
• Track learner progress and identify coaching needs.
• Conduct assessments to measure learning progress.
• Collaborate with leadership to understand communication needs.
• Develop and improve training materials and resources.
• Maintain accurate training records.
