Job summary

11 FTC Enterprises, Inc. in Quezon City seeks an Engineering Specialist to provide technical and cost-estimation support for project planning and process improvements. You will analyze requirements, prepare reports, and coordinate with Production, Operations, Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Project teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 1–3 years of experience is preferred. Fresh graduates may apply; strong Excel and ERP/AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required.
• 1–3 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Fresh graduates may be considered.
• Knowledge of cost estimation, process analysis, and project documentation is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; AutoCAD or ERP software knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyze engineering requirements, project specs, drawings, and technical documents.
• Plan, develop, and improve engineering processes and procedures.
• Prepare cost estimates, quotations, material take-offs, and bill of quantities.
• Analyze project costs, materials, labor, and equipment.
• Monitor actual costs against budgets and estimates.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and waste while boosting productivity.
• Coordinate with Production, Operations, Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Project teams.
• Maintain records of engineering data, costing information, and project files.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality standards, and company policies.
