Responsibilities

Extract and organize data from company databases and other sources.
Develop and maintain automated reports for the Sales & Marketing Department.
Use basic programming and scripting to process data and generate reports.
Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT to assist in report creation, data analysis, and workflow automation.
Create dashboards, charts, and summaries to present data clearly and effectively.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all reports and data outputs.
Work closely with the Marketing team to understand reporting requirements and business needs.
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive reporting tasks.
Maintain data security and confidentiality at all times.
Provide technical support related to reporting systems and data management.
