Job summary

R Land Development, Inc. seeks a Site Accountant to oversee on-site financial control, material cost accounting, and inventory tracking for the project in Batangas.

You will link site logistics with corporate accounting, ensuring material disbursements align to housing units and are reconciled with POC. Responsibilities include unit-level cost tracking, BOQ reconciliation, weekly cycle counts, and monthly audits in collaboration with the Finance Manager and RMR Capital Accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy; CPA is an advantage but not required.
• 2–4 years in cost accounting, inventory audit, or site accounting.
• Proficient in MS Excel with advanced formulas, PivotTables, and lookups.
• Understanding of construction material workflows and BOQ structures.
• Ability to work on an active construction site environment in Lipa City.

Responsibilities

• Track and record all material disbursements to housing units (Block/Cluster/Lot).
• Reconcile material use against BOQ and report variances per unit.
• Cross-reference unit usage with POC to match costs with site progress.
• Verify and audit incoming Receiving Reports (RRs), Delivery Receipts (DRs), and POs.
• Coordinate with Warehouseman for weekly cycle counts and monthly inventory audits.
• Monitor inventory valuation vs construction budget and holding costs.
• Track PR/PO control numbers with Procurement for audit trail.
• Prepare monthly site cost accounting reports and inventory valuation summaries.
