Job summary

ASEC Development and Construction Corp. is seeking a detail-oriented Cost Engineer to support project operations through cost monitoring, resource requests, and documentation at the Project Site.

You will coordinate with the Project Manager and Head Office, prepare cost reports, review budgets, and maintain project records while providing general administrative support to the project team.

Qualifications

• BS Civil Engineering degree required.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in cost engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project expenses, implement cost control measures, identify variances and prepare cost reports.
• Prepare and process accurate material and resource requests; review project budget and inventory.
• Coordinate cost-related concerns with Project Manager, Head Office, and other departments; monitor expenditures.
• Maintain and organize project documents, reports, and records in compliance with procedures.
• Perform general clerical duties and provide administrative support to the project team.
