Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 1–5+ years in permitting or government coordination.
• Familiarity with Philippine government processes and LGU requirements.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Secure permits and clearances before construction activities.
• Coordinate with LGUs (barangay, city offices) and agencies.
• Prepare and submit required documents (forms, technical plans, contracts).
• Track status of permits and renewals; maintain registry.
• Ensure timely compliance with regulations to avoid delays.
• Report permit risks affecting project schedule.
• Liaise with Project Managers, engineers, and legal teams.
• Maintain records for audit and compliance.
