Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, or related discipline.
• 7–10 years of relevant hydropower, dam, or water resources project experience.
• 3–5 years direct experience during construction phase with inspection responsibility of upper basin structures.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site inspection, supervision, and coordination of upper basin works on dam and hydropower projects.
• Review RAMS and ensure implementation of safety controls and permit-to-work systems.
• Inspect intakes, canals, tunnels/portals, and reservoir-related facilities for compliance with drawings and specs.
• Maintain inspection records, site diaries, and photographic documentation.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inspection reports and NCRs.
• Coordinate daily with resident engineers, HSE staff, contractors, and client representatives.
