Job summary

Davao Doctors Hospital is seeking a Civil Engineer on a project-based contract to oversee building construction activities, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and coordinating with contractors and suppliers.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, a valid PRC Civil Engineer license, and 3–5 years of relevant experience. On-site work and commitment to the project duration are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Valid PRC Civil Engineer license.
• At least 3–5 years relevant experience in building construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on-site and commit to the project duration.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all phases of the construction project.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Prepare, review, and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare progress reports and recommend solutions to technical issues.
