Job summary

DMCI Project Developers is seeking a CAD/BIM-oriented professional to support project sites across Metro Manila. You will manage updates to models, drawings, and design bulletins while coordinating with the site team.

The role requires CAD experience, basic Revit knowledge, and willingness to be assigned to multiple project sites. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with growing BIM responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Industrial Technology, Drafting, Architecture Technology or related courses.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in CAD and basic knowledge in Revit.
• Willing to be assigned to any project site within Metro Manila.

Responsibilities

• Ensures updates (newly published models, FCDs & DBs, RFIs/RFAs) are cascaded to the project site team.
• Guides the project site team through the BIM process and assists with queries and issues.
• Updates models per design changes and site conditions for shop drawing and as-built documentation.
• Produces project outputs/for As-Built documents from BIM models and assists with detailing.
