Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prioritize referrals based on urgency and provider availability.
• Secure authorizations for consultations, diagnostics, procedures.

• Document insurance information in the EHR/EMR accurately.
• Resolve discrepancies by coordinating with patients and providers.
