PADI'S POINT in Quezon City is seeking an Accounting Supervisor for an on-site role. The position requires 1-3 years of accounting experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and full-time commitment.

You will oversee the accounting team and ensure accurate financial records in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include financial reporting, cash flow monitoring, and ensuring compliance with government regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course
• Proven experience in Accounting roles and supervisory role
• Good in oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in computer application (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Flexible and team player

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor the daily activities of the accounting team
• Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions, journal entries, and bookkeeping
• Prepare and review financial reports, balance sheets, income statements, and other accounting documents
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Handle bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring
• Ensure timely filing and compliance with BIR, government, and statutory requirements
• Coordinate with branches and departments regarding financial concerns and reporting
• Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and expense monitoring
• Identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions or process improvements
• Support management during audits and financial reviews
