Our Clients in Pasay is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, tax compliance, and supervise the accounting team. The role requires strong technical accounting knowledge and leadership experience.

The position focuses on ensuring accurate reporting, maintaining compliance, and guiding the team through tight month-end and year-end close cycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field is required.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience with managerial or supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation and accounting standards.
• Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations and general ledger activities.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure tax and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate external audits and regulatory reporting.
• Supervise and develop the accounting team.
