• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles, financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• General Accounting: Record daily transactions, post journal entries, reconcile general ledger accounts, and assist with month-end and year-end closing.
• Accounts Payable (AP): Process vendor invoices, prepare payment vouchers, monitor aging reports, and resolve vendor discrepancies.
• Accounts Receivable (AR): Issue customer invoices, record collections, follow up on overdue accounts, and assist with revenue recognition.
• Cash Management: Perform monthly bank reconciliations, monitor daily cash transactions, and assist in reporting cash flow.
• Payroll & Tax Support: Help prepare payroll and verify timesheets, assist with tax filings (e.g., VAT, withholding tax), and support audit requirements.
• Process Improvement: Identify workflow gaps, ensure data integrity in accounting systems, and assist in implementing internal controls.
