Job summary

The Medical Doctor / General Practitioner (GP) will provide regular reliever duty at the assigned Primary Care Facility (PCF) to ensure continuous medical services for patients. The doctor must have a valid PRC license and active PhilHealth Accreditation and must comply with all documentation and deployment requirements before starting duty.

Schedule: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm at the PCF in Mainsquare, Molino Blvd, Bacoor City. Compensation is based on the agreed professional fee and duty arrangement.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine graduate.
• Must have a valid PRC license.
• Must have active PhilHealth Accreditation.
• Preferably with clinic/primary care experience.
• Good communication and patient-care skills.
• Willing to render reliever duties and comply with deployment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations, medical assessments, and physical examinations.
• Diagnose common illnesses and provide appropriate treatment and prescriptions.
• Provide preventive healthcare advice and patient education.
• Maintain accurate medical records and consultation reports.
• Ensure compliance with PhilHealth requirements and company protocols.
• Coordinate with PCF staff and Medical Operations Team on care and duty schedules.
• Attend the agreed duty schedule and arrange a qualified replacement when absent.
• Ensure replacement submits all required documents before duty.

• In case of absence or unavailability, arrange a qualified replacement and coordinate with the Medical Operations Team for proper endorsement and approval.

• Ensure that the assigned replacement submits all required documents and complies with company and facility requirements before duty.

• Submit all personal requirements and compliance documents before the first duty or deployment.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Important Reminders

• Complete requirements must be submitted and verified before the doctor or replacement is allowed to start duty.

• The doctor must inform the PCF Manager/staff in advance if unable to report for the scheduled duty.

• The doctor is responsible for finding a qualified replacement in case of absence, subject to company approval and completion of all required documents before deployment.
