Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine graduate.
• Must have a valid PRC license.
• Must have active PhilHealth Accreditation.
• Preferably with experience in a clinic, primary care facility, or outpatient setting.
• Good communication and patient-care skills.
• Willing to render regular reliever duties based on the assigned schedule.
• Must comply with all documentation, accreditation, and deployment requirements before duty.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations, medical assessments, and physical examinations.
• Diagnose common illnesses and provide appropriate treatment and prescriptions.
• Provide preventive healthcare advice and patient education.
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records and consultation reports.
• Ensure compliance with PhilHealth requirements and company medical protocols.
• Coordinate with PCF staff and the Medical Operations Team regarding patient care and duty schedules.
• Ensure attendance on the agreed duty schedule.
• In case of absence or unavailability, arrange a qualified replacement and coordinate with the Medical Operations Team for proper endorsement and approval.
• Ensure that the assigned replacement submits all required documents and complies with company and facility requirements before duty.
• Submit all personal requirements and compliance documents before the first duty or deployment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
