BairesDev is seeking a Software Engineer (Okta) to integrate and manage enterprise identity solutions, ensuring secure access across the organization. You will act as the primary Okta expert, driving authentication workflows, user lifecycles and secure provisioning.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Identity & Access Management, Security, or Software Engineering.
• Proven expertise integrating and managing Okta for enterprise identity solutions.
• Experience configuring SSO, user lifecycle management, and SCIM provisioning.
• Hands-on experience developing or customizing Okta applications and workflows.
• Deep understanding of identity protocols and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Single Sign-On (SSO) configurations for enterprise apps.
• Manage end-to-end user lifecycle, including automated onboarding/offboarding.
• Configure and optimize SCIM provisioning to sync data across systems.
• Develop and maintain custom Okta applications and integrations.
• Ensure reliability and security of the identity platform with best practices.
