Job summary

Vishay Israel is seeking a process engineer to join our manufacturing team in the Philippines. The role focuses on developing, implementing and optimizing production methods, sequences, and procedures to manufacture high-quality products.

You will define process requirements, work with QA and design engineers to launch new products, perform Process-FMEA, apply SPC, and support test and implementation of processes and infrastructure according to detailed work plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage manufacturing methods and operation sequences.
• Define process requirements and equipment recommendations.
• Execute Process-FMEA and mitigate risks.
• Manage SPC and respond to out-of-control situations.
• Coordinate with QA and Design to launch new products.
• Assist in analytics for function concepts.
• Support test and implementation of processes and infrastructure.
• Assemble and install modules of technical infrastructure per work plans.
