Job summary

Columbia Shipmanagement Indonesia is seeking a self-motivated seafarer to join our growing fleet as an engine room watchkeeping officer. You will assist engine officers with machinery maintenance and participate in planned maintenance and overhauling programs on board.

Applicants should hold a valid STCW certificate (III/5) and have at least 8 months in rank on a similar vessel. USA/Australia trading experience is recommended.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 months in rank on the same vessel type.
• Experience in USA/Australia trading areas recommended.

Responsibilities

• Performs engine room watchkeeping duties and assists engine officers with machinery maintenance and repair.
