Job summary

ELBURG SHIPMANAGEMENT PHILS., INC. seeks an Ordinary Seaman for an Oil Chemical Tanker operating on worldwide routes. You will be responsible for the overall food and catering department aboard the vessel, coordinating with the Master on supplies and equipment, and supervising galley staff to ensure meals meet service hours.

The position requires readiness to deploy urgently, with specific framo cargo pump background and the ability to work in a mixed-crew environment on tankers.

Qualifications

• Willing to go onboard in Oil Chemical tanker vessel.
• Must have 2/4 & 2/5, with framo cargo pump background.
• Willing to go onboard in mix crew.
• Urgent deployment.

Responsibilities

• Overall in-charge of food and catering department aboard the vessel.
• Inspects galley mess hall and galley equipment for cleanliness.
• Determines time and sequence of cooking operations to meet meal-serving hours.
• Coordinates with the Master on food supplies and equipment.
• Supervises and coordinates activities of kitchen personnel in preparing meals aboard cargo ship.
