NHK SPRING PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a Safety Officer II to oversee the company's OHS programs, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations. The incumbent will coordinate hazard analysis, incident investigations, training, ISO-related audits, and internal compliance activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field of education.
With at least 2 years' experience in Manufacturing Industry or Construction Industry.
Must have BOSH & Safety Certificate for Safety Officer 2.
Knowledgeable in OHS regulations and ISO standard.

Responsibilities

Oversee the implementation of OHS Programs of company based on OHS standards, legal and other requirements.
Facilitate OHS programs and activities based on internal external requirements.
Prepare and submit OHS legal reports in all relevant parties and ISO relative document information, audit and other activities.
Conduct hazard analysis, incident investigation, inspection, coordinate training programs for safety and health requirements.
Promote OHS compliance of employees/employer and coordinate to relevant section for internal/external needs.
Support the Safety Officer III in program development and compliance activities.
Perform additional/other task that may assign from time to time.
