Job summary

ACCIONA Energía is seeking a Project Developer for offshore initiatives, initially focusing on the Bulalacao Offshore project. You will support land securement, permitting, and engineering coordination to ensure timely milestones and compliant regulatory steps.

The role requires a degree in engineering or related field, 3–5 years of offshore project experience, and strong budgeting/Devex capabilities. Collaboration across Legal, Finance, Technical, and CSR teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of project development experience, offshore or marine preferred.
• Familiarity with offshore technical studies (metocean, geotechnical, bathymetry).
• Knowledge of permitting processes and relevant agencies.
• Strong budgeting, Devex, and contract management skills.

Responsibilities

• Update, monitor, and analyse project schedules for offshore developments.
• Coordinate land securement, permitting progress, and inter-department inputs.
• Interface with contractors and internal teams to meet offshore milestones and budgets.
• Support environmental permitting and CSR/ESG activities as needed.
• Maintain document control and support financial analysis and Devex reviews.
