Job summary

PHYSICIANS' DIAGONSTIC SERVICES CENTER INC.-CEBU is seeking an experienced Healthcare Operations Manager to lead day-to-day clinic operations and PEME services. The role focuses on high-volume medical examinations, regulatory compliance, and quality management, while strengthening relationships with recruitment agencies and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, Medical Technology, Public Health, or a related field.
• 2–10 years of healthcare management experience.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role within a clinic, diagnostic center, occupational health facility, or PEME clinic.
• Experience managing OFW pre-employment medical examination services is highly preferred.
• Experience handling regulatory compliance, accreditation processes, and healthcare operations.
• Strong PEME workflows and occupational health standards knowledge.
• Knowledge of patient privacy regulations and records management.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficient patient flow and service delivery.
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Monitor clinic performance, productivity, turnaround times, and patient satisfaction.
• Lead continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, accreditation requirements, and healthcare standards.
• Maintain clinic readiness for inspections, audits, and accreditation reviews.
• Ensure proper documentation, record management, and confidentiality of patient information.
• Oversee all PEME processes for overseas workers, ensuring timely completion of medical examinations and reports.

About the role
